The goal of Body Art training

The goal of Body Art training is to gradually ensure the correct function­ing of the entire body by functional strengthening and stabilisation of all the elements involved with movement.

This ensures correct breathing and therefore increases the oxygen supply to the brain and muscles. An increased coordination of both halves of the brain is developed. Body and mind are merged into one unit; a synergy of physical training and alleviation of physical and mental strength is achieved. This workout-relaxation method is based on the principle of Yin and Yang. During the workout this would mean inhalation-exhalation and strength-relaxation. Each exercise and each position fits together like the pieces of a puzzle and is inter-connected.
